Components that are not any longer needed return to the factory for refurbishment and reuse in other (new or existing) buildings. The lifetime of the components is thus extended, while the building as such can be easily adapted to the new needs. This is more than a promise, as change and renewal are part of the business offering. A client pays for the housing solution, not for the materials used to accomplish it.</p>
